Thanks. I've seen your scripts and they're very useful per se but for the moment not quite for our case. Plus, your scripts rely a lot on custom pixel manipulations which produces great effects, but we need as little processing (cpu and time-wise) as possible. If need arises I'm sure we'll contact ...

Hi.
I need to do some large image scaling, for example from 4096 x 4096 px up to 131072 x 131072 px using cubic interpolation. My question is whether ImageMagick works with mmaped files or something, thus not requiring the files to be loaded completely into memory first?
