thank you for giving hints and the GREAT script collection. yes, i'm on linux and although i'm not very familiar with bash scripting i try to extend the normcrosscorr.sh to a deshaker.sh. i add a for loop over all files and calculate an average shift. after that crop it with something like convert ...
