RGB and PNG bug

The command:

convert -size 1280x720 xc:"rgb(136,136,136)" 1${pn1}.png
Seems to output a white rectangle, it should be grey.

GIF output works fine, only seems to be an issue with PNG.

ImageMagick 6.8.0.7
