We have only one instance of GS and IM. We installed IM binary set-up and we are using command covert abc.eps abc.png.And our GS version is GPL Ghostscript 8.70 and sorry i could not send that problematic eps files.

If i understand correctly,this seems to be problem with ghostscript which comes along with the imagemagick set-up,so is it acceptable to install the ghostscript separately use with the currently installed one.

Suggest me please.

For the same file, In windows environment we are not seeing any issue while converting and also able to view generated thumbnails.Sorry,i could not send the file.

Hi Team, Our applications(CMS) have been running on Linux operating system and also we have integrated ImageMagick to convert the eps file to png files.Here the conversion is happening but we are not able to see thumbnails for converted ones.When we run the command - identify tmp/ADVAIR_DISKUS_250 ...
