Re: Is there a way to clean chroma key processed image?
Thanks a lot for the new hint. It helped me to see more clearly the value of -alpha option and I could move forward with this image. But then I found out with other photos, that primatte is actually translating colors and probably if they match or are in range of the green background, they are made ...

Re: Is there a way to clean chroma key processed image?
I'm searching for ways to improve the results of some photos after using primatte. Is it wrong to come here and ask for help using IM? Or is the only right way to ask on primatte forum/support? After I received such a valuable tips from you and snibgo about the green screen removal itself, I ...

Re: Is there a way to clean chroma key processed image?
Yes, they provide support, but the contact person has holiday now. I've tried all possible options and their combinations to improve the results, but many photos with unbalanced light or deformed green screen background ends up with similar results like the examples I showed. Also the c++ code is ...

Re: Is there a way to clean chroma key processed image?
Thanks a lot both of you, you gave me more than I asked:) My problem is that I have to use the primatte cleaning script that produces the results as shown in my examples, so although you showed me great alternatives, I cannot really apply them. That's why was my question if there is a way to clean ...

Re: Is there a way to clean chroma key processed image?
Thanks a lot for your feedback! To answer why JPG? I expect to receive the images from digital camera (together with some iptc metadata), and the most common format is JPG there, or? However, I tried to convert the image from jpg to tiff or png prior the primatte cleaning, and there was major ...

Re: Replace color and its tones or variantion
Yes, indeed, that did the trick! Using grayscale and 0, quantumrange for contrast stretch, gave me #fe0000, and rounded corners. Same results as auto-level and level-colors, so unbelievable achievement, when I think about few hours ago. Thousands of thanks:) Only small update for the grayscale: $img ...

Re: Replace color and its tones or variantion
Yes, I was reading it, but using both points as zero, gives me a lime color of the frame and the image already lost its accuracy (the round corners are not round anymore). And when I apply the clut, the result color is yellow... And I tried different size of gradient as well, 500x500 was max:)

Re: Replace color and its tones or variantion
No expert, but you couldn't give me better answer:) Thanks a lot! I followed your advice and it's almost there. I'm not sure it is good idea to put the PHP code here, as it is forum for imagemagick, but maybe you will see what mistake I made, or maybe it will help others with the same struggle ...

Re: Replace color and its tones or variantion
Yes, I know, but our server administrator that didn't want to allow me to install imagick, only the php5 wrapper. I thought it will be enough for what I need so I didn't fight, but I guess I will...

Re: Replace color and its tones or variantion
That's brilliant!! It's exactly what I need. Thank you very much for help! The only problem left is how to achieve this with PHP5 wrapper... I can find neither auto-level nor level-colors there. Does anybody know how to rewrite the cmdline using the php5-imagick extension? Or perhaps another way of ...

Replace color and its tones or variantion
Hi, I'm rather beginner with imagick, but I thought I should manage this task with all the resources online, but I failed... I need to replace color of this frame: http://i.imgur.com/lfISkp3.jpg with any chosen hex color, lets say red, #ff0000 So far, the best I could do was only to replace the ...
