I figured it out:
WHM -> Software -> Module Installers -> PHP Pecl (manage). -> “Install a PHP Pecl” enter “imagick” and click “Install Now” button
Done & Done~

I was able to upgrade it!
I followed the instructions here:
http://www.imagemagick.org/script/install-source.php
I still need to update(or install) the imagick pecl extension
Any advice?

ok! I put it in /root and it worked. But now the problem i got says : Failed Dependencies

So far i download the file called "ImageMagick-6.9.1-10.i386.rpm" But i am not sure where to upload to. I tried putting it in the / But when i put in putty "rpm -Uvh ImageMagick-6.9.1-10.i386.rpm" I get: No such file or directory http://i60.tinypic.com/ekrpu.png I'm a little confused.
