thanks, now with this command magick "%~1" -resize 256x256 -gravity center -extent 256x256 -define icon:auto-resize="256,128,96,64,48,32,16" "%~n1.ico" i get this http://uptobox.com/0x6umc2kj8wd http://s32.postimg.org/jgiixemol/Spartacus.png how to make the white color to tranparent?
