The colour of result image is pretty close to orginal when using Photoshop5DefaultCMYK.icc as source profile and sRGB.icm as destination...

Really thanks for your quick response very much. Yes, I convert the image to "sRGB" instead of "RGB". Please find the result below, that's what I always got with different [CMYK].icc (USWebCoatedSWOP.icc/Generic CMYK Profile.icc etc) profiles.
