How to edit text on specific layer in PSD (PHP imagick library)

Version: ImageMagick 7.0.8-32 Q16 x64 2019-03-05

I want to edit text on specific layer and then converting the whole edited PSD file into an image.
Can anyone help me out in achieving or providing me with some useful links.
