convert TIF to PCL Font Definition

We have a company logo in TIF format.

Can we convert the TIF to PCL format with the PCL creating a
font definition that can be loaded to a printer ?

The output file needs to contain the font definition.

Specifically, we need the output file to contain ")s##W" ( font header )
followed by "(s##W" ( character descriptor data entries )

"##" in above 2 statements = number of bytes of data
