Add libcdr and libvisio

Add libcdr and libvisio

Hi,
I know that imagemagick is more raster tool then vector but convert.exe is awesome and it will be nice to see more supported formats. How about add two nice libraries libvisio http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/libvisio/ and libcdr http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/libcdr/ ? Looks like these libs are up to date and have a lot of support from libreoffice project.
  • Libcdr = Coreldraw cdr files
  • Libvisio = Microsoft Visio files

ImageMagick is ANSI C. The libcdr / libvisio libraries do not appear to have a C API. If they ever add one, let us know.

Looks like the libcdr is written on c++ and ansi C https://www.ohloh.net/p/libcdr/analyses ... es_summary .

By the way maybe we can use tool - cdr2xhtml.exe (svg) in imagemagick in delegates?
