Can I remove watermark from .jpg file?

A problem troubled me: I have got some pictures with watermark on,just like this one http://pic.wenwen.soso.com/p/20130124/2 ... 596564.jpg
So,can I remove the watermark with ImageMagick ? If I can do that,Can I remove these watermarks in a batch ?

You might be able to remove the watermark; is the image you have linked to one of the images you want to remove the watermark from as you say "just like this one "; which makes it sound like it is similar but not one of the actual images you are working on.

Also are these your images you are working on or do they belong to somebody else?
