Are non free (one from sourceforge/other likely trademark/last from paypal).

Could you please remove it from tar.gz

Do you have the right to copy the front cover of your book ? Do we have the right to modify it ? Does editor retains some right ?

If so could you also remove it ?

These files are removed from the ImageMagick subversion repository and will be removed from the distributions of the next point release of ImageMagick.
