PAM subformat BLACKANDWHITE_ALPHA

I checked some PAM images with ImDisplay of ImageMagick-6.8.8-Q16 and got an inverted alpha channel if the subformat is BLACKANDWHITE_ALPHA.
No issues with gray and rgb alpha variants.

The specification of this format is quite limited so the issue may also be in the file data.
