Problem... grey stripes

Problem... grey stripes

Hello, ImageMagick 6.8.8 is installed on the server.
When i upload EPS files i see all grey stripes on the thumbnails.

ALso the quality is very bad...
The hoster & the program maker can't say what the problem is.
Intall the last ImageMagick they said..
Ok, but i don't think the problem gonna be resolved by this.
Who can help me please?
