Read bmp. weird progress status.

Hi.
When i read a bmp file the progress monitoring callback function have weird progress status from end to start.
For other image file formats It didn't appear.
I understand the bmp file contains an image with inverse raw order. But I expect forward direction of the progress status.
Looks like a bug.

I use IM 6.9.0 + Magick++.
