Making colors transparent?

You should be able to use rgba(red,green,blue,alpha) to create a transparent color.

I remember using percentages, rgba, but which section of the studio I was in ?? I lost all my images when Webbywarehouse hosting went 'away'.

What are you trying to accomplish? Where are you trying to use transparent colors in your goal?
