Intersection of colors

I'd like to know if there's a way to get the intersection of the colors below. Looking closely, it's two different types of blue, the crossing bar has a darker blue than the letters, and i'd like to discover that intersection between these two tones. Is it possible?

It's not an attempt to break captcha, i've already done it. But I want to improve my break results. I've read the forum rules, if my question was inappropriate, I apologize.
