I have a failure which appears to be similar to this viewtopic.php?t=24768
I am using a tablet with Windows 10 x86 running on x64 hardware.
The ImageMagick installation Wizard recommended that I install Perl *first* and to that end the install process had a checkbox that will automatically install Perl; but the Perl installation apparently failed (I would attach the capture screen but I see no way to add images - possibly because I'm new to this forum ... but the capture is similar to the URL supra)

You need to upload your images to some free hosting service such as dropbox.com and put the URLs here.but I see no way to add images
