Windows installer - Legacy utilities not installed

Windows installer - Legacy utilities not installed

I downloaded ImageMagick-7.0.1-7-Q16-x64-static.exe and ran it. I ticked the "Install legacy utilies" box, but it doesn't have any effect, the legacy utilities are not installed.

The static build does not include the legacy utilities. I forgot to remove this option from the installer. This will be fixed in the next version of ImageMagick. Thanks for reporting this.
