Problem with conversion of pdf file

Immediately I apologize for my bad English.
On the server with Windows Server 2012 (IIS) installed Imagick 7.0.4 and GS 9.20.
I convert pdf to jpg from Windows CMD (command line):

- all works, file converting.

If I do the same thing from a php script using exec command:

- the conversion does not occur. The array $out is empty.

If I convert images, everything works fine:

I believe that PHP does not use the unix PATH to find magick. So you probably need to provide the full path to magick in your PHP command.

If that does not work, then it could be that PHP does not know where ghostscript resides. So you may have to put the full path to gs in your delegates.xml file

But the picture conversion work, then the correct path.
If that does not work, then it could be that PHP does not know where ghostscript resides. So you may have to put the full path to gs in your delegates.xml file

If I do convert images, the script runs succeful (for example next.png to next.jpg), then the php-script sees magick.

I changed the file "delegates.hml" but it does not matter the results:

Did you add the full path to convert or magick in your PHP command as I suggested?

If you did, then I do not know what else to suggest. It is likely that PHP cannot find Ghostscript.

Do your commands work to convert to or from other image formats and not PDF?

I am not sure you modified the above correctly. It should be path2/gs not path2/gswin64.exe@
