Arbor animation not functioning again

I just tried to use an animation on Arbor and it has stopped functioning with the same error message as before:

Exception 445: unable to persist pixel cache `/home/studio/public_html/ImageMagick/MagickStudio/workarea/a870e6a161c69c6b77f5b26ed5cc553dc769475f47244ec9a25de08d7414cf94d805bc69c340e8ec0d6318566d8002fcdc065fee5e9342c486345069a08ae358/MagickStudio.mpc' @ error/mpc.c/ReadMPCImage/952:

I was attempting to add glitter to an image and was not able to output. It appeared to be working when tested last evening, after repair, but is down now. I tried using another older ani image and it would not output either.
