Legacy download page links to current version, not legacy

Legacy download page links to current version, not legacy

On the legacy page "legacy.imagemagick.org/script/index.php" the links in the line
"The current release is ImageMagick 6.9.9-23. It runs on Linux, Windows, Mac Os X, iOS, Android OS, and others."
link to "www.imagemagick.org/script/download.php", making it impossible to download the desired legacy version 6.9
unless it occurs to the user to enter "legacy.imagemagick.org/script/download.php" into their browser address line.
