Another "-stroke" and "label:" issue.

Using ImageMagick 7.0.7-34 Q16 x64 HDRI from the command line or BAT script with Windows 10. This problem appears to be related to the one described at THIS link. Oddly enough, some combinations of characters will not crash the IM program, but will leave an incomplete stroke around the characters in the resulting label. As an example, this command...

Notice the small notch in the mostly lower left corners of each character. I checked some previous work, and it looks like this behavior has been present since at least the last version, IM 7.0.7-33.

Those problems don't occur on v7.0.7-28 on Windows 8.1.
