possible bug IM 7 CCL

This works fine in IM 6.9.9.50 Q16 Mac OSX Sierra to make 3 of the circles transparent and leave one circle white.

But it fails to make any circles transparent in IM 7.0.7.39

Thanks for the problem report. We can reproduce it and will have a patch to fix it in GIT master branch @ https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick later today. The patch will be available in the beta releases of ImageMagick @ https://www.imagemagick.org/download/beta/ by sometime tomorrow.
