HYSPLIT Failed to open

HYSPLIT Failed to open

Hi,

I installed the utility programmes of HYSPLIT and then installed HYSPLIT. However, i cannot open the desktop version of HYSPLIT and i'm getting this error message: Error while connecting to the mobile manager. The error is as a result of the utility software ImageMagick. Anybody with an idea of how to solve this?

What platform are you on and what version of Imagemagick did you install. Your tool may need the older Imagemagick 6 rather than the newer Imagemagick 7. Did you install all the utilities at https://www.ready.noaa.gov/HYSPLIT_util.php before installing Imagemagick?
