PNG with -colors 256 losses alpha

IE6 doesn't handle PNGs by default.

Use GIF or JPG.

There are lots of such functions out there already.. Some work well other fail to handle image placement, borders, animations, backgrounds, etc etc etc.

However the new IE7 will have all this fixed. Then again Firefox always had PNG working properly :-)

I myself use a small bit of code to do a reasonable job for my website.
