imagemagick can't find gswin32.exe for identify

imagemagick can't find gswin32.exe for identify

I installed ghostscript 8.54 and then I installed ImageMagick-6.3.0-Q16. When I use the command line: Identify -verbose test.pdf the error I am getting is that ImageMagick cannot find gswin32c.exe ... there is no gswin32c.exe in the ghostscript 8.54 ... will these two versions work together or is there a configuration file I need to adjust?
