How to access black (K) chanel in CMYK tiff file?
I need to write text on this file and black chanel is empty?

If you want the channels you should be able to use -separate.
however if you just want to write text on the file. Annotate the text on the file!
Forget the 'CMYK' aspect, and let Im handle it.
