Round corners and add a 1px border on existing JPG..

Round corners and add a 1px border on existing JPG..

I am new to ImageMagick, and wanted to know if the following was possible, and, if so, what the command line would look like::

I want to take an existing JPG, round the corners, and then add a one pixel border to the image in a particular color.
