? why WBMP have no visual data

tried to
convert myfile.svg myfile.wbmp
works with no error messages, but produced wbmp is empty and display nothing but white background
I was able to
convert myfile.svg -colors 4 myfile.gif
and gif is accurate, I mean it display vector data from SVG in raster format, but even if then
convert myfile.gif myfle.wbmp
again at WBMP I can see nothing but white background

IM 6.3.4-10 nstalled under Windows Vista HE
