rounded corners dilemma

Make sure you have -matte before adding transparency.

And look at IM examples...

The 'soft edges' has a alised solution for GIF images. the next has a drawn solution.
Further down you can look at the 'fancy' double masking solution (though it is not for a rounded corner, it is the same method.
