Preventing logging during MPEG export...

Our WINDOWS application dynamically links with ImageMagick libraries and works fine both with GIF and MPEG export. During MPEG export however the mpeg2enc.exe runs end pops up a DOS window for its logging. Is there a way to turns this off?
