underline in annotate (command line)

I am looking for the underline in annotate....but i could not find.

please help me underline the above output.

(I know that underline is possible in "-draw text" method....but i need it in annotate...because this will only solve by purpose)

Sorry only the -draw has the 'decorate' option.
