16-bit Targa file conversion bug, tga.c code fix

I have checked tga.c in ImageMagick 6.3.6-10 version and I see the suggested fix is still not applied. Is there reason for that? I'm experiencing similar problems described by Anna.

Ignore the previous post. I just found the fix is in there. But I still have issue with the conversion and I have file to prove it. Where can I upload it for someone to take a look at it?
