I need help with glitter images

to limit glitter overlays (transparent glitter) you either mask the glitter, or better still mask the 'seeds' used to generate glitter stars.

This is not difficult to do (from command line anyway), just takes knowledge and patience.

However I have not added examples of transparent glitter (I call sparkies), to IM Examples yet, mostly due to lack of a good overlay glitter image to use.
