Subimages?

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

Subimages?

I'm writing a software to display very large images (like satellite images >20000x10000 pixels). Is it possible to read only parts of an image without reading the whole image into system memory?
