ART format

Hello all
when reading the ART format, the second
image->columns=(unsigned long)RaedBlobLSBShort(image);
should be replaced by
image->rows=(unsigned long)RaedBlobLSBShort(image);

Thanks for the patch. We added it to ImageMagick 6.3.8-0 Beta, available sometime tomorrow.
