map brazil from imagem meteosat

I am looking to develop an image with the outlines of the states of Brazil to put (overlap) on the image of the meteosat satellite?

That is trick, and will probably involved distorting an outline of bazill to match the geo-image you are getting from the satilite.
That is not a simple matter, and one that requires some -distort methods that have yet to be added to ImageMagick.
