Problems with JMagick in Linux

I have a problem with JMagick, when I use the methods of the JMagick in Windows it works correctly, but I do the same thing in Linux it works for images that you do not have many colors but in images of enough colors it does not work, to which it owes to a configuration of the JMagick or of Linux.
