I get the following problem which I can't solve on my own: I get native .png pictures (720px576p) who look like simple colored shapes (12 colors and shapes per picture). I would like to apply them a texture aspect as PhotoFilterStudio or PhotoShop do using its Artistic Filter Functions. I especially need an 'aquarelle' texture (same aspect as the one available into PhotFilterStudio software).
However there is no way for me to batch the process using these software as I get 100 000 pictures to transform.

Maybe you can show us an example? I don't have these products, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.
