OilPaintImage parallel patch

Can you compare the speed of your patch against the patch we applied to OilPaintImage() in the latest beta and report the results here. Grab the beta from ftp://magick.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick/beta. If your patch runs faster we will consider incorporating it in the latest ImageMagick release. Thanks.
