Problem with PNGs

All sites will not accept a png either directly or by using in a composite...Here is one that gets a technical popup when used...http://kaerf.net/hold/TEMP/Vase.png

OK - I'm guessing there's a reason you need it to be a png rather than reformatting to a gif or jpg?
