How can I blur image edges

try vignette - under the F/X tab. The settings in the definitions are pretty self-expanatory - just remember to adjust your 'background' color at the bottom! Play with the numbers to get the desired effect you want

Select blur tool from filter menu.Using this you can blur image edges.

at what settings? nothing I use changes the graphic at all

MISTING A VIGNETTE IS AN EXCELLENT IDEA BUT WHAT IF ONE WANTS THE GRAPHIC COMPLETELY INTACT?
