Tif image covert to CMYK and add color profile .icc (italy)

Hi, i'm italian, so sorry for my language.
I have a tif image and i need to convert from RGB to CMYK and after i need to add\embed a profile .icc
to the image. I need to have a tif image in output again.
It is possible ?
I develope in c# and I want realize an automatization.

Could you give me an exactly Link to download the .DLL to use in C#2003 or C#2005
and eventually the exactly code to use ?

I really have no experience with C# or profiles, but you can find some info at:
