Patch for license URL in manpages

Here http://people.debian.org/~naoliv/misc/i ... -patch.txt is a patch that fix the location of the local license page (it should be file://@DOCUMENTATION_PATH@/www/license.html and not file://@DOCUMENTATION_PATH@/www/license.php).
