[done] Grab does not seem to work with 0x id

It seems we could not use the open clicking grab with hexadecimal windows id does not work anymore :(

It seem that you add a leading /

We can reproduce the problem you reported and will have a fix in ImageMagikc 6.4.8-7 Beta within a day or two.
