Missing documentation (+polaroid, -blend)

Hi,

the following options are not documented:

-blend

and

+polaroid.

Note that there are various (dead) links to the -blend option in the documentation, whereas +polaroid is only mentioned on the usage-pages.

Your comments are good.

There is some documentation, but -blend does not show in the options list possibly as it is part of composite.
But see http://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/compose/#blend. But perhaps it also should be shown on the options page since -dissolve shows and is also used with composite.

Polaroid docs are here http://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/transform/#polaroid and on the options page, but the options page does not mention the + form.
