framebuffer version of the 'import' command

Post by vonbiber »

I was wondering if it was possible in future releases to have
'import' letting us switch to the framebuffer graphic device
when we don't have an X session open
and the possibility of taking a screenshot of a different tty than the
one we're running 'import'

never mind
I found 2 framebuffer-based screenshooters:

fbdump and fbshot

I built them on slackware and slax

The (stripped) binaries are between 10 and 11K
