I just finished a conference with some friends who develop on .net servers.
I had asked them to download and assist me in determining how to install on our 2008 windows server invironment.
They're answer today was simply that it wont happen.
"the calls are made as low level calls"
"that is why they use a C++ wrapper"

Please explain, via an ftp login, how to place imagemagick
on .net server...
and example of appropriate scripts to communicate therein.
